All products are delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of the order and come with a sales receipt and a dispatch form. If the client indicates two different addresses (if for example the order is a gift) then the products are delivered to the delivery address and the proofs of sale are sent to the client's address as stated.

The customer is the only responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The Company can not be held responsible for not being able to deliver an order if the recipient client makes an error providing the needed contact details.

The shipping cost is paid by the customer who is always informed of the exact amount of each shipment upon submitting a final order.Our courier service delivers Monday through Friday. Delivery time takes 2-3 business days and depends on the delivery address. Please note that shipping may take longer due to heavy traffic, in case of bad weather or other force majeure.Our Company ships all products within on time. In case of a delay, the customer acknowledges that no liability shall be borne by the Company for any delays out of the Company's control.

If an order includes different products with different delivery times, the total order is shipped when all products included in it are in stock.However, the Company has the option to split deliveries. For deliveries outside Attica and/or away fromany large urban center, additional charges may apply. The client is always notified before shipment.

The shipped products are covered by insurance against damage or loss during transport. Once the product is delivered to the customer this security ceases.We recommend that customers check the condition of the goods upon delivery and insure that packaging remains intact, in order to detect any obvious defects, broken goods, wrong items, missing parts etc.
